I provide psychotherapy services to adults,teens, and families. My offerings include individual therapy, family therapy, and parent support. I also offer virtual therapy sessions for clients located in Connecticut and New York and in-person therapy in Greenwich, CT. I am licensed to practice in both CT and NY.
Do you offer in-person therapy in Greenwich, Connecticut?
Yes! I offer in-person therapy sessions in Greenwich, Connecticut in a comfortable and private office space. My office is easily accessible from nearby neighborhoods, including Cos Cob, Stamford, New Canaan, Darien, Westport, Wilton, Norwalk, Rye, Mamaroneck, and Pound Ridge, making it convenient for clients across Fairfield County and Westchester County.
What is your session format?
Most sessions are 45–50 minutes. For clients who need additional time, longer sessions are available based on your needs and the type of therapy being provided. Session length can always be discussed and adjusted to ensure you receive the level of support that’s most effective for you. Session fees are based on session length.
Do you accept insurance for therapy sessions?
I do not accept insurance, however, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits.
