I’m passionate about the work of therapy because I’ve experienced its transformative power in my own life. My personal journey has included intergenerational trauma, traumatic loss, medical trauma, and ADHD—experiences that shape the empathy and understanding I bring to my work. I believe in the therapeutic modalities that I use because I’ve directly experienced their efficacy.
