What is Grief Counseling?

I offer compassionate grief counseling in Greenwich, CT, providing in-person therapy in a safe, supportive environment.

Grief does not follow a linear path, and there is no “right” way to mourn. In therapy, we work together to honor your unique experience, gently process painful emotions, and develop tools to help you move forward while still maintaining a meaningful connection to what you have lost.
