Parent Support
Therapy for Parents in Greenwich, Connecticut & Online Across Connecticut & New York

What is Parent Support?
Parenting a teen can feel overwhelming especially when your child is struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, or other mental health challenges. Many parents find themselves asking: Why does everything turn into a conflict? How do I support my child without enabling or pushing them away? I am passionate about providing a space for parents to feel supported, understood, and equipped with practical tools to navigate parenting challenges.
My approach is a collaborative, strengths-based form of therapy designed to help parents better understand their child’s emotional world, neurodevelopmental needs, and behavioral patterns while also caring for their own mental health.
