My approach is warm, direct, and holistic. I completed post-graduate training in psychoanalysis many years ago, which shaped my ability to understand a person’s struggles not only in light of their current circumstances but also through the lens of their early life experiences. Over time, I’ve integrated somatic practices including an Internal Family Systems informed approach (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), mindfulness, education, and coaching into my work. This allows me to treat the whole person, not just symptoms or surface-level concerns.

My goal is to offer therapy that is not only deeply supportive but also truly trauma-informed, grounded in both insight and embodied healing.
